CityNews – CCTV footage has been released on Facebook revealing a robbery at Wat Chiang Man. The incident occurred on September 8th during broad daylight. A man who appears to be in his early 30s entered the ubosot, paid respect to the buddha image and the robbed the donation box. Police are now investigating the case.

Glider plane crashes at Mae Kuang Dam

CityNews – On September 12th, a glider plane crashed at Mae Kuang Dam. Two casualties were a Thai woman and a Chinese woman suffering minor injuries. There is no report as to where the women rented out the plane or where they were coming from. Police suspected that the crash might be due to strong wind in the area.
