Available at Palette Restaurant from 1 April to 30 June 2026, for both lunch and dinner between 12:00 and 23:00 hrs.
Within the historic teak walls of 137 Pillars House, many stories have gently faded with time, including the cuisine once enjoyed here. Inspired by the era of King Rama V—when Thai traditions met global influences—this menu reimagines royal recipes and early Thai-European flavours that may once have graced these very tables.
The 5-course set menu for two persons is priced at THB 3,200++.
