Chef Lakana ‘Mam’ Suakaew has been spending the last months of winter designing six exciting new dishes to cool you down as the temperatures rise.
Using only the best quality local organic produce scoured from around Chiang Mai alongside premium imported products, lovers of fine food can expect the same award-winning standards of cuisine the hotel has long been known for.

Start with a nibble or two on some tasty Parmesan chips with cream cheese and garlic crisps.
Next, the seared scallops with butternut squash and balsamic reduction arrives, light bites bursting with flavor.
A refreshing asparagus cream soup follows, before you cleanse your palate with a rose and lychee sorbet that will leave your palate refreshed
and ready to dig into the pan roasted marinated sea bass with miso sauce served with potato wedges, roasted vegetables and red wine jus. Next is the heartier veal Angus beef serve with potato wedges, roasted vegetables and red wine jus.
End the meal with a mango dome stuffed with mango mousse and jelly served with crumble, fresh blueberries and strawberries.
