Only the best and the freshest of seafood from succulent lobsters to firm crabs, juicy mussels to briny oysters are served up on ice with an assortment of sides and sauces to keep you exploring and indulging.
There is also a Live Kitchen station which serves up four special dishes starting with the scrumptious Crab Omelette which is filled with generous chunks of meaty crabs enveloped in fluffy eggs, or you can try the Seafood Risotto cooked to al dente perfection. Then there is the classic Mussels in White Wine infused with aromatic herbs and finally the Chili Mud Crab which showcases the sweet crab meat while giving it a flavour punch with herbs and spices.
If too much seafood is too much of a good thing for you, there are also other options such as the cold cut and cheese station, laden with dairy and meaty goodness. The Barbeque Station also serves up tender hanger steak, lamb ribs, rib eye, squid, lobsters, fresh water prawns and over ten different fish – all cooked to preferred perfection.
