This Valentine’s Day, Palette turns up the charm with a thoughtfully crafted Valentine’s Set Menu — the kind of meal that invites you to linger, sip, and indulge in creating lovely memories.
The evening begins gently with a gourmet trio of lightly grilled French baguette topped respectively with Parma ham, fresh fig, and strawberry, finished with cream cheese and a delicate drizzle of honey. Three bites, three moods — crisp, fragrant, and quietly indulgent.
Next comes a silky prawn bisque, rich with the essence of the sea and slow-simmered until deeply comforting.
A rose and lychee sorbet follows, pale pink and perfumed, slicing through the meal’s richness with a refreshing sweet-tart lift and resetting the palate for Palette’s next offering.
For the main course, diners can choose their love language. Meat lovers will gravitate towards the roasted Angus beef, tender and juicy, served with roasted Brussels sprouts, baby carrots, a melt-in-the-mouth 12-hour potato, and a glossy red wine jus. Prefer seafood? The pan-roasted snow fish is buttery-soft, paired with the same seasonal sides and finished with a bright lemon-caper sauce that keeps everything light and elegant.
Dessert delivers a final flourish. A refined chocolate dome arrives at the table, soon to be melted as chocolate sauce is poured over the top — revealing three heart-shaped chocolates hidden inside. Sweet, playful, and undeniably made for sharing.
Couples can opt for an ultra-private Valentine’s experience in the brand new outdoor fireplace courtyard, the breezy garden, or within the heritage teak house itself, complete with a bottle of wine and a bouquet of flowers (15,000++ baht per couple).
