“I have loved fruits forever, so in 1992 I started Wild Nature,” said Dara Wongwan, owner of Wind Nature Fruit Jam. “I began by looking around me to identify Chiang Mai’s best fruits to sell, and soon added value by turning them into jam.”

With a focus on health, Dara uses sugar cane as a sweetener, instead of sugar and ensures us that her jams are all natural, with no food dye, artificial flavouring or aromas as well as being without preservatives. Each jar can be kept up to one year and meet GMP standards of Halal, also Thai FDA standard.

Wild Nature jams include passion fruit, orange, mulberry, strawberry, making, lychee, butterfly pea and longan as well as other exotic offerings.

She also provides other healthy products such as the home made sherbet ice creams made from an assortment of local fruits and cookies and other baked goods. So if you are looking to buy some great Christmas presents, then look no further.
