Sizzler’s salad bar just got a serious upgrade – and it’s a first for the north
There’s a new lunch (or dinner, or anytime) plan in town. Sizzler has just launched its Special menu at Central Chiang Mai (floor 5) and Central Chiang Mai Airport (floor 4), and it’s the first time this concept has landed anywhere in northern Thailand.
For 249 baht you get free-flow drinks and access to a salad bar that’s had a proper glow-up: over 100 items, from seasonal veg like baby carrots and asparagus to specially sourced local produce and a genuinely good truffle soup that is surprisingly tasty at this price point. There are Thai-inflected dishes mixed in too, so it’s not just the usual lettuce-and-croutons affair.
And because one bar clearly wasn’t enough, dessert and drinks are also unlimited — soft-serve, pancakes, the works. Whether you’re there for the health-conscious spread, the steak, or just an excuse to sit around with family or friends for a few hours, there’s something for everyone.
