Garibaldis is the latest Italian restaurant to grace the Nimmanhaemin area. After a boom of Japanese restaurants, locals are excited to see more European food returning to the area, with rich sauces, al dente pasta and succulent meats.

Garibaldis Brasserie loves their pasta, and with such versatility, the humble egg-flour noodle can be shaped, boiled, braised and prepared in thousands of ways. There is both indoor and outdoor seating with a romantic feel and some great wines to accompany your favourite Italian dish.

We recommend the angel hair pasta with crab meat aioli which can be cooked to your preference. Chef Nok knows that people have different tastes, and wants a homely feel that extends to the menu. If you prefer your pasta al dente, or softer and cooked longer, just ask! Another top dish is the king prawn spaghetti, with three huge prawns that are paired perfectly with the sauce.
