2.1 million baht was stolen from Siam Commercial Bank’s Chom Thong branch, which had been closed since last July. Police say that they suspect two thieves had broken the glass of the bank and then set fire to the ATM machine from the back end, managing to break the seal and steal the money.

A 13 year old girl in mathayom 1 at a school in Mae Chaem district died this past Saturday while helping create a firewall during a community activity.
