Located near Chiang Mai University, it is perfectly situated in an area where you can find almost anything, from restaurants to cafés, bars to malls and even temples and beautiful natural reservoirs. A little bit further down the road you can find Nimmanhaemin Road, a buzzing area of bars and shops popular with both locals and tourists alike. In the opposite direction is the foothills of Doi Suthep Mountain, packed with forest and nature trails that meander between forgotten temples.

Nivas Chiang Mai offers a sense of safety and security with 24 hr CCTV cameras. There are four types of rooms available, specifically designed to fit different lifestyles. The Standard/Superior (39sqm) and the Deluxe room (44sqm) offer either a king bed or two single beds while the Family Suite (77sqm) provide both. All room types feature a balcony and a kitchen. Other facilities include swimming pool, fitness room, laundry room and an open-air terrace. Both and short term and long term stays are welcome.
