Partners Siriporn and Sethakorn Rojsupachaiyakul have joined forces in this creative French, Italian, Japanese inspired fusion restaurant in Hang Dong, to create unique and intriguing dishes. Sure, there are classic dishes such as the Caesar Salad or Seafood Ratatouille Penne, but make sure you get experimental – after all, it’s the spirit of the restaurant – and try the Grilled Pangasius Dory with Spicy Herb Salad, the Salmon Sashimi with Lemongrass Salad, or the Green Curry with Crispy Pork Belly.
