Meteorological Department Warns Chiang Mai to Brace for Big Storms

CityNews – The Chiang Mai Meteorological Department announced Thursday 26^th April that a high pressure area in China will affect weather in northeast Thailand as it crosses over to the country. Thunderstorms will occur in the upper part of Thailand when the Chinese cold front hits the north, so expect heavy rains, strong winds, and even sleet in some areas. It will start in the northeast of Thailand though the storms are expected to reach other northern areas. The Meteorological Department is warning people to be careful between 26^thand 28^th April.
