Governor Panadda Diskul Leaving Chiang Mai to Work in the Ministry of Interior

CityNews – On 4th September, 9 a.m. Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra presided over a cabinet meeting at Government House in Bangkok. One of issues raised at the meeting is the adjustment to the personnel in the Ministry of Interior. It was agreed upon that the current Chiang Mai governor become the deputy permanent secretary of the Ministry of Interior starting 1st October, 2012.

M.L. Panadda Diskul started his career in the military as a law and social sciences teacher at Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy. After that he started working at the Foreign Affairs Department, Ministry of Interior, only to then move on to become the deputy governor of Samutsakorn; deputy governor of Pathumthani; deputy governor of Burirum; governor of Nakorn Pathom; and finally the governor of Chiang Mai.
