Entrepreneurs on Nimmanhaemin Road and Prasertland Promise to Clean-up their Act

CityNews – At Infinity Pub in Prasertland off Nimmanhaemin Road, M.L. Panadda Disakul, the Chiang Mai Governor, along with entrepreneurs on Nimmanhaemin Road and Prasertland, signed an agreement September 11th concerning the behaviour of establishments.

The policy aims to reduce problems in the area that might arise from too many clubs, such as petty crime, drugs, and noise pollution, as well as underage alcohol consumption. Entrepreneurs and business owners signed an agreement that included time of closing for nightclubs, vigilance of underage drinking, no weapons in nightclubs, and a no noise making policy in the community.
