Chiang Mai University ‘Freshies’ Go Loco About Alcohol

CityNews – An initiation for freshman at Chiang Mai University, which takes places on a train, took place on May 24th arranged to support a non-alcohol initiative and also to get freshmen to know each other.

Freshmen from every department at the university took a train trip which was followed by a ceremony at Angkaew, the reservoir inside Chiang Mai University.

Woratana Mongkolyata, the Deputy Head of the Student Union of Chiang Mai University, told the press how important it is to inform students about the dangers of alcohol.
