Chiang Mai Airport Welcomes First Passengers Arriving on Direct Flight from Hong Kong

CityNews – The first Dragon Air Hong Kong – Chiang Mai flight arrived in Chiang Mai on July 1st.

There to welcome the 165 passengers was M.L. Panadda Dissakul, the Chiang Mai Governor. Also present was Ju Wei Ming, the Chinese Consulate General, Patrick Yueng, the chief executive officer of Dragon Air and Maggie Yan, manager of Cathay Pacific Airlines.

Dragon Air will operate seasonally from 1st July – 14th October with 4 flights a week.  

They are currently holding a promotion. Return flights for 6,480 baht with airport tax included.

The flights are KA233 from Chiang Mai – Hong Kong (Departs 6.20 p.m.) on Wednesdays and Sundays; KA233 from Chiang Mai – Hong Kong (Departs 6.30 p.m.) on Thursdays and Saturdays; KA232 from Hong Kong to Chiang Mai (Departs 3.05 p.m.) on Wednesdays and Saturdays and KA232 from Hong Kong – Chiang Mai (Departs 2 p.m. on Thursdays and Sundays.
