Agriculture Fair Hosts during 8th – 10th August
CityNews – Nittaya Mhuen-anan, the head of Department of Internal Trade of Thailand, Chiang Mai branch said on 8th – 10th August at Chiang Mai University Art Centre, there will be an agriculture fair hosted by Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Public Health, Ministry of Commerce and Chiang Mai University.

The fair includes clean agriculture food in both fresh food and transformed food such as chicken and pork from the farm, fish, seafood, canned mackerel fish, canned pickled cabbage and more, pesticide residues in agricultural commodity serviced by Faculty of Agriculture, Chiang Mai University as well as pesticide residues in blood. Also, the special promotion time at 1 p.m., 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. which you can buy products at the promotion price.
The objective of the fair aims to produce cleaner and safer agricultural products. The goal sets to have continued more production area and distribution within five years. During 2012, the Department of Internal Trade received budget to arrange three events focusing on the marketing on five products; rice, herbs, fruits, fishery product and livestock
