Voices of the past … revive the neighborhood of Wiang
After days of heavy rains across Chiang Mai, the Ping River’s water levels are being closely monitored by authorities as water levels continue to tide at about 5cm per hour. Last night saw water levels rise from 1.30m to 1.84m in 13 hours. Villages from eight districts have been issued warnings and the Military Circle 33 are preparing to assist.
