Interprofessional Partnership: Improvement for Global Health Outcome Hosted by Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University
CityNews – Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University with 20 universities in Thailand and Chiang Mai will host an international meeting called the Interprofessional Partnership: Improvement for Global Health Outcome, from 5th – 7th August at the International Convention Centre, Empress Hotel.

This meeting is sponsored by the World Health Organisation (WHO), Chiang Mai Public Health Office, Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau, and the Chiang Mai Administrative Organisation Office.
Associate Professor Thanarak Suwanprapit, Faculty of Nursing Dean, said the previous meetings were held in 2001, 2004 and 2008.
There will be 43 global scholars giving speeches and the audience will be made up of doctors, nurses, dentists, vets, health officers, and students from five continents and 32 countries. The meeting includes 158 research presentations and education exhibitions.
The opening will take place 5th September, 8.30 a.m. at Grand Hall, International Convention Centre, The Empress Hotel, and will be presided over by Professor Phongsak Angkasit, the CMU President and M.L. Panadda Diskul, the Chiang Mai Governor.
