Trail Tuesdays – Trail Running For Beginners at CUP FINE DAY

Come and explore the beauty of nature, get some exercise and meet other likeminded people. 
Trail Running For Beginners, is a weekly event made for anyone that is curious about trail running. No previous experience is needed. Just come and have fun with us!
Each Tuesday at 5.00 pm, we will run between 5 – 9 km in a pace that fits everyone in the group. The run will last somewhere between 45 min to 75 min.
In nature, within a 20 min drive from Chiang Mai. Location for each week might vary.
Who is this for?
We will take it very slow, run on easy trail s and walk all uphills. No one will be left behind!
Recommended equipment:
Trail running shoes, or stable running shoes with grip. Light hiking shoes also works.
Comfortable running clothes.
Free event, but donations are appreciated.
About the organizer:
Rasmus Fridberg, is a trail runner, ultra runner and big lover of adventure. He is passionate about helping people discover the beauty and benefits of trail running.
