Open auditions for Pirates of Chemotherapy

CASTING CALL

Back by popular demand, Pirates of Chemotherapy by Paul Schutte! Produced by The Actor Factory, a new production company in Chiang Mai, director Rick Pokrajen-Harmon is seeking women of all ethnicities, playable ages 25-70 for auditions on Saturday, June, 1:00 pm at WAKO Bake near Maya Mall. (https://www.facebook.com/WAKObake). Please, no outside food or drinks, food and beverages are available for purchase at the venue.

Performance dates are September 13, 14, 20 and 21.

Feel free to bring two contrasting monologues, or we’ll have sides available for a cold reading. Call-backs will be one week later, June 8 at the same location, 1:00pm.

Pirates of Chemotherapy is a comedy-drama that gives us an intimate look at six women who share a diagnosis of breast cancer, all of whom are in various stages of treatment, recovery, and remission. They bond and band together in touching and often hilarious support of one another, pledging to live life to the fullest!
