Thailand Avocado Festival 2025 – Exclusive Chef’s Table by Wellness Hill 1269+

Experience a culinary journey beyond taste as Wellness Hill 1269+ brings together local entrepreneurs along the Hang Dong – Samoeng Route (1269), including community enterprises, cafés, restaurants, homestays, and 5–6 star hotels.

Each chef will craft a unique 10-course menu using premium local ingredients such as:

• Organic vegetables

• Avocado-fed Kurobuta pork

• Black chicken

• Avocado-fed pomfret fish

• Seasonal fruits

Every course comes with a story, told by the chefs themselves, offering not only delicious flavors but also the inspiration and heritage behind each dish.

Price: 2,000 THB/person (Limited to 20 guests per day)

Special Cause: Net proceeds will establish the Elderly & Bedridden Care Fund, managed by Chiang Mai Being Well Social Enterprise and Ban Pong Municipality.

The evening also includes a charity auction of local products and services to further support the fund.
