Indulge in an elegant culinary journey thoughtfully curated by our chef, featuring premium ingredients and refined flavours from start to finish.

Begin with an Amuse Bouche, followed by your choice of Appetizer — Salmon Tartare with Crispy Brioche or Baked Escargots with Spinach and Hollandaise Sauce.

Continue with a comforting Soup: Wild Mushroom Cream Soup or Manhattan Clam Chowder, before refreshing your palate with a Fruit Sorbet.

For the Main Course, choose from:

• Pan-Fried Rainbow Trout with Porcini Mushroom and Tomato Sauce

• Poached Lamb Loin with Horseradish Cream Sauce

• Grilled Wagyu Tenderloin Rossini with Mustard Seeds Red Wine Sauce

End the evening on a sweet note with your choice of Dessert — Paris Brest with Pistachio and Orange Cream or Blackberry Opera Torte.
