New Year’s Eve 7-course Dinner

Ring in the New Year with a special seven-course dinner. Starting with an Amuse Bouche. For Appetizer enjoy River Prawn with Fresh Mango Salad and Honey Cream Dressing, and Pan-Fried Foie Gras with Orange and Mixed Berry Sauce. Next our Black Summer Truffle Soup. For the Main Pan-Fried Salmon with Salmon Roe Cream Sauce, Pan-Roasted Lamb Chop with Horseradish Red Wine Sauce, Grilled Kagoshima Striploin with Thyme Gravy Sauce. And for Dessert, Chocolate Cake and Banana Caramel. We will also have a live jazz band with guests singers through-out the night for the New Year countdown. This includes a complimentary glass of special drink and a souvenir to take home for 2020.
