On February 7 and 8, Favola welcomes Michelin star Chef Andrea Cannalire from the acclaimed restaurant Cielo Relais La Sommità in Ostuni, southern Italy.

Chef Andrea was classically trained under some of the most revered and respected Italian chefs at one-and two-Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy, among them Parizzi, Schuman, Magnolia, Bracali, Unico and Al Pont de Ferr.

A chef with a passion for precision, Chef Andrea creates sensory journeys that blend tradition with experimentation.  At Favola, diners can choose dishes from a perfectly composed menu which includes exemplary dishes with optional wine pairings from Conti Zecca, Puglia, Italy.
