Loy Krathong River Cruise Dinner

November 10 - November 11

Get ready for a beautiful boat ride on the Ping River for the glorious Loy Krathong, lantern festival in Chiang Mai. This is perfect for couples, groups, solo travelers, friends and families. We have this experience available for two days on Sunday, November 10 and Monday, November 11. A 3 course meal will be served on board, with 4 different options for Vegan, Vegetarian, Thai and Western. Free flowing wine, beer, coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks will be included.

*All activities will take place at Riverside Bar & Restaurant. The workshop will take place on the boat docked at the restaurant, we will release the krathongs along the river on the Riverside property, and the boat will leave Riverside dock at 8pm and the 3 course meal will be served on board. The boat will return at 9:15 and we will walk together to the iron bridge with our biodegradable lanterns to light.

6:00pm Traditional Krathong Making Workshop – all supplies will be included (banana leaves, banana tree trunk, incense, & flowers)
*Snacks and free flowing wine, beer, coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks will be included during the workshop*
7:30pm Release krathongs on the river.
8:00pm Boat departs from Riverside Bar & Restaurant
9:15pm Boat returns to Riverside
9:30pm Walk to iron bridge to release biodegradable lanterns (lanterns are made from paper and a string is used instead of wire)
