Every love story deserves its own menu.

This Valentine’s, we’re taking you through four courses that capture what falling in love actually feels like, from that electric first moment to the comfort of forever. Each dish has an Italian name (because nothing says romance quite like Italian), and honestly? We’re pretty proud of how this one turned out.

Four Degustation:

‘Ciao, Amore’ (Hello, Love): 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐞 : Fresh Fines De Claire classic mignonette sauce, citrus zest and micro-herbs or Fines De Claire Rockefeller baked with spinach, butter, cream cheese, seasoned with nutmeg, parmesan, and extra virgin olive oil
‘Avvolto’ (Enveloped) : 𝐕𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐭 𝐋𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐢𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐞 : grilled canadian lobster, white wine, butter, rosemary, seafood garlic oil, lemongrass and microgreens

‘Ti Amo’ (I Love You) : The declaration, you choose: 𝐀𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐖𝐚𝐠𝐲𝐮 𝐫𝐢𝐛 𝐞𝐲𝐞 mb 4-5 from southern stations, australia, porcini red wine sauce, cream cheese mashed potato on a laminated pastry, or 𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢, Grilled Hamachi with, Polenta and Potato Cream, Beurre Blanc Mustard Seed Sauce, Shallot Pickles, Polenta Crisp, and Microgreens.

We pause with a rose and citrus sorbet – a breath before the leap.

‘Per Sempre’ (Forever) : Warm 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚 rich dark chocolate torta, fresh ‘Doi Kham’ strawberries, toasted pine nuts and house-made strawberry sorbet
