Zone A: “Kongkid Tour”
Take a tour of the old city, indulge in Tai ethnic cuisine, visit the Kalm Museum, and explore disappearing local dishes like “Kai Kwaam” and “Nam Tap.”

Zone B: Northern Thai and Thai Cuisine
Delight in authentic Northern Thai delicacies that are hard to come by, savor local recipes like Chiang Mai-style larb, and enjoy dishes from all four regions of Thailand.

Zone C: International Food and Premier Hotels
Taste dishes from renowned hotels and leading restaurants in Chiang Mai, offering a wide range of cuisines including American, Italian, Indian, Chinese, and many more.

Zone D: Ethnic Food

Zone F: Chiang Mai Green Kitchen
Meet the Chiang Mai Green Kitchen network, which focuses on organic food production from farm to table. Get a free blood residue test at the Sriphat Medical Center, taste organic dishes, and explore fresh produce from Green Farms.

Craft beverages await at the International Zone, featuring Japanese tofu, kimchi, cheese, milk, yogurt, bread, pasta, and other international delights. Craft beverages such as craft beer, tea, coffee, moonshine, and kombucha are also available.

Zone I: Chef’s Table
In the evening, join us for an exploration of the culinary cultures of various ethnic groups in the region of Suan Phueng. Sample a “Cross Roads” menu with 7 dishes and 14 flavors curated by Chef LADY GOO GOO, Chef Nan Rinmet Thai Sutachit, and Chef Mae Raming from the Huen Soerng House.
