It’s the season for delectable fresh black truffle and Favola invites you to enjoy our special menu inspired by the intense sensual aroma and flavour of the Black Winter Truffle. Featuring pan seared scallops with artichoke cream, classic risotto with Parmigiano Reggiano, and butter poached half-Canadian lobster with spinach as main course. End your dinner with a double-layered chocolate mousse with hazelnut and fresh truffle.
