Revitalization of Lanna Dance

A lecture and demonstration by Ajarn Waewdao Sirisook, accomplished academic and dancer holding a MFA in Dance, World Arts and Cultures from UCLA. The presentation will focus on “Dance of Lanna”, including its history, genre and forms, the textiles and costumes used, as well as a demonstration of significant Lanna dances.

Payap University, Kaew Nawarat Campus, from 10am – noon.
