Introduction to Contemporary Dance Class

Adult beginning contemporary is an adult drop in dance class. In class we work on fundamental technique, light flexibility, and choreography retention. Whether you’ve never taken a dance class before or are looking to shake off the rust, I promise you will leave class feeling loose and confident. No experience or shoes required.
