Cooking with Flowers
The tradition of guest chefs continues with Matsaya preparing a set menu using local flowers as the main ingredient, The menu consists of Grilled Aubergine with Passionfruit dressing, Spicy Pomelo flower salad, Flower cold rolls, Thai noodles and flower salad, and Garden herb and butterfly pea drink.
Reservations are recommended as venue only hold 30 people, Sunday the 21st of July from 11 am to 5 pm
