Ban Singha Khlai Modchanaphai Foundation inviting those interested to join the art exhibition by Chuang Moolpinit

Chuang Moolpinit is National artist, Visual Arts Branch, 2013 graduated from the Faculty of Painting, Sculpture and Graphic Arts, Silpakorn University. The famous work is the drawing of many books include movie poster. He was nicknamed the artist who sees ant’s beautiful smile. His work is inspired by the nature around him. Conveyed through beautiful line drawing arts.

For this exhibition is an exhibition in other provinces of Chuang Moolpinit that once in a while will have the opportunity to be held.

The exhibition will open on 18 Jan – 29 Feb 2020 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. except for Wednesday (There is no entry fee.) @Ban Singha Khlai Modchanaphai Foundation Chian Rai.

Artwork

  • Outstanding painting is a delicate line drawing that applied Thai pattern like real harmonious and still working on watercolour, oil and painting techniques.
  • Character design, titles and posters for Thai movies most of which are in literature

  • Literary work beginning in the year 1993-1994, was compiled and published. “Write a man” and the story “Flock Human “in the genre epigram-tale.

Nowadays, Chuang Moolpinit still create artworks and opened an art gallery by displaying over 80 works from the first era to the present day. There is the place that students and those interested in art to visit. About Ban Singha Khlai Modchanaphai Foundation

Ban Singha Khlai is a 103-year-old ancient building, known as the OMF Missionary House, designed by Dr. William A Briggs. Currently, this house renovated to Ban Singha Khlai Modchanaphai Foundation office.  The 2nd floor is opened as an art gallery and on the ground floor is Baan Mod CAFE ‘cafe and Dasada Studio 2.

Ban Singha Khlai Modchanaphai Foundation want to be a learning centre in architecture and disaster matters. As well as being a connection for artistic stories for those who are interested.

 

Working day

  • BaanMod CAFE open 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (close on Wednesday)
  • Dadsada Studio II open 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (close on Wednesday)
  • Art gallery by Chuang Moolpinit open 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (closed on Wednesday and there is no entry fee.)
