Local media were invited to the launch of the new Sunday Brunch x Veuve Clicquot at Anantara Chiang Mai Resort.
ONCE A MONTH: savour a serene Sunday from 12 noon until 3pm where timeless elegance meets indulgent delight. Sunday Brunch x Veuve Clicquot invites you to unwind with fine champagne, exquisite roasts, and the gentle rhythm of live jazz.
A large buffet of caviar, cold meats, cheese, salads and fruit, plus an array of desserts.
Individual Seafood served on Ice Bucket per person featuring Boston Lobster Tail, river prawn, tiger prawn, scallop in shell, New Zealand Mussel, calamari, white clam.
Roast Plates: Guests can choose 1 main course, side and sauce, all served with Yorkshire pudding: Beef Wellington (Bone marrow gravy confit shallot) / Carving: BBQ Thai style chick, honey glazed ham, Scottish salmon, slow roasted wagyu beef rib eye, or braised lamb shank.
Sides include: potato puree, truffle and parmesan / roast new potatoes lemon & garlic / char-grilled mixed vegetables with herb infused oil / BBQ pulled pork mac & cheese / roasted pumpkin, sage butter / broccoli, cheese and almonds / cheesy polenta.
Sauces include: garlic mayonnaise / peppercorn jus / smoked beef demi-glace / red wine jus / black truffle jus / Thai seafood sauce / lime butter / honey & mustard jus / chimichurri / Nan Jim Jaew.
