Bangkok Hospital and Central Pattana Launch “The Longevity Journey: Check-Up Eat Shop” Across Northern and Northeastern Thailand
A new Lifestyle Wellness Ecosystem brings preventive healthcare into everyday life
Bangkok Hospital’s Northern and Northeastern network has partnered with Central Pattana to introduce “The Longevity Journey: Check-Up Eat Shop,” a new lifestyle wellness initiative designed to seamlessly integrate healthcare into everyday living.
Officially launched on 1 July 2026, the programme expands across six provinces—Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Udon Thani, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima and Phitsanulok—bringing together Bangkok Hospital’s medical expertise and Central Pattana’s extensive retail network to create a new Lifestyle Wellness Ecosystem for the region.
Built around the principles of Lifestyle Medicine, the initiative promotes the idea that long-term health is shaped by everyday habits, from nutrition and sleep to exercise, relaxation, shopping and preventive healthcare. Rather than viewing health as something addressed only during illness, the programme encourages people to incorporate wellness into their daily routines.
Two Concepts, One Wellness Journey
The Longevity Journey revolves around two key concepts—”Check-Up Eat” and “Shop & Check”—designed to make preventive healthcare both accessible and rewarding.
Check-Up Eat
The programme introduces three preventive health screening packages tailored to different lifestyles and healthcare needs.
Harmony (THB 4,900) offers essential health screening and non-communicable disease risk assessment, together with a THB 500 dining voucher.
Prestige (THB 15,900) provides more comprehensive assessments covering cardiovascular health, metabolism, hormone balance and major organ function, along with a THB 800 dining voucher.
Elite (THB 20,000) is a premium package featuring advanced screening for complex diseases, cardiovascular conditions and in-depth health indicators, accompanied by a THB 1,200 dining voucher.
Following their health check-up, participants receive dining vouchers redeemable at leading restaurants within participating Central shopping centres, including MK Restaurants, Fuji Japanese Restaurant and CoCo Ichibanya, transforming a routine medical appointment into a complete wellness day combining healthcare, dining and leisure.
Shop & Check
The initiative also rewards shoppers through a Top Spenders Reward campaign, allowing customers to convert accumulated spending at participating Central shopping centres into premium health screening packages provided by Bangkok Hospital at the end of the campaign period.
Available health assessments include:
DNA Circle Premium genetic screening for personalised health risk analysis
Sleep testing to identify sleep disorders
CT Calcium Score screening to evaluate early cardiovascular disease risk
The campaign reinforces the message that good health is one of life’s most valuable assets, encouraging consumers to invest in their wellbeing while enjoying everyday shopping experiences.
Regional Rollout
The programme is available through participating Bangkok Hospitals and Central shopping centres across Northern and Northeastern Thailand, including:
Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai in partnership with Central Chiang Mai, Central Chiang Mai Airport and Central Lampang
Bangkok Hospital Chiang Rai with Central Chiang Rai
Bangkok Hospital Udon Thani with Central Udon Thani
Bangkok Hospital Khon Kaen with Central Khon Kaen and Central Ubon Ratchathani
Bangkok Hospital Ratchasima, Bangkok Hospital Pak Chong and Bangkok Hospital Khao Yai with Central Korat
Bangkok Hospital Phitsanulok with Central Phitsanulok
By combining preventive healthcare, dining and retail experiences within a single ecosystem, The Longevity Journey: Check-Up Eat Shop aims to make healthy living more convenient and accessible for communities across Northern and Northeastern Thailand, encouraging people to embrace wellness not only when illness occurs, but as an integral part of everyday life.
