Guests got to enjoy a uniquely created menu by Michelin starred chef Nicolas Isnard who collaborated with resident Executive chef and the winner of Thailand Ironchef chef Alexandre Demard and special guest Michelin starred Chef Stephan Paroche from X2 Hoi An, their sister hotel in Vietnam.
