To celebrate the 118^th Independence Day, Filipino Community in Chiangmai (FILCOM, Chiangmai) organized the Fiesta sa Chiangmai and election of a new set of officers at Ruanpae 2 Restaurant (Chiangmai Floating Restaurant 2).
