Opening Reception of My Bistro by Chef May, located at the entrance to Wing 41 (on the Nimmanhaemindha Road side). My Bistro by Chef May was previously known as Monkey Kitchen. Chef May was joined by celebrity chef Hugo at the reception and created canapés such as cucumber pineapple compress with salmon floss & roe / organic rice cracker with smoked fish, tamarind shrimp paste gel, ginger & lime / Larb tuna tartare with avocado mint cream & caviar/ Northern Thai Sichuan pepper pork bin, tomato chili paste, garlic puree & veggies / white wine compote guava, passion fruit curd, black sesame air sponge & white chocolate gelato.
