Mural Dedication at Lifelong Learning Center, Payap University

Ambassador Eric Rubin, former US Consul General Chiang Mai, and his wife Nicole Simmons donated a mural to the Lifelong Learning Center, Payap University. The Ambassador was joined at the ceremony by Payap President Apicha Insuwan and Kelia Cummins, current US Consul General Chiang Mai.
