Local media were invited to Moreganic Restaurant, Away Chiang Mai Thapae, to promote their new ‘Month of Love’ set menu.
Appetizer: Away mixed salad- lettuce, tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, balsamic sauce
Main Dish: Vegan fish fillet with pink sauce – soy protein, beetroot, mashed potatoes, cucumber, cherry tomatoes served with white sour sauce, (soy milk, coconut milk. parsley, lemon)
Dessert: Soy pudding – strawberry sauce. Soy & coconut pudding, corn flour
