Memorandum of Academic Cooperation between the College of Arts, Media and Technology, Chiang Mai University and Yupparaj Wittayalai School, Chiang Mai
On Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at the Learning Innovation Building, College of Arts, Media and Technology (New Building), Theatre Room, 3rd Floor, CAMT signed a memorandum of academic cooperation with Yupparaj Wittayalai School.
The College of Arts, Media and Technology, Chiang Mai University, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Worawit Chanchay, signed a memorandum of academic cooperation with Yupparaj Wittayalai School, represented by Mrs. Supranee Panyana, the school director. The signing of this memorandum of academic cooperation aims to cooperate in promoting academic activities, jointly developing teaching and learning, and upgrading teaching and learning formats to be modern and appropriate for the 21st century, including the use of technology and digital media, organizing learning that allows learners to participate in content (Active Learning) in line with the current social, economic, and technological contexts through collaborative projects, such as the project to develop the potential of special computer classrooms for secondary school levels, including the exchange of knowledge, resources, and educational personnel that will lead to the development of the potential of secondary school students to be ready to enter higher education and the future labor market with quality. This cooperation is an important step in creating a strong and sustainable academic network between secondary and higher education institutions in Chiang Mai Province.
In the past, there have been alumni from Yupparaj School who have continued their studies and created works and reputations for the college, such as Mr. Ekkawit Temkantha, 3D Project, a cooperative education student from Bigbrain Studio, Ms. Dakanada Poolphol, a 2nd year student who received a scholarship from Niigata Animation Camp in Japan, and Ms. Ariya Chitaree, Director of the work Everything is fine from the CCCL FILM Festival competition, who jointly presented their work and welcomed the executives from Yupparaj School.
On this occasion, the College of Arts, Media and Technology delivered 87 items of computer equipment to Yupparaj Wittayalai School to promote and support knowledge and access to information technology for students in the school to learn effectively and be ready for changes in the digital world. Executives, lecturers, staff of the College of Arts, Media and Technology, along with lecturers from Yupparaj Wittayalai School, were witnesses to the delivery
