Penfolds Media Lunch at Farang Ses, Dhara Dhevi Resort with Sam Stephens; the Penfolds Brand Ambassador SEAMEA. Guests were invited to a wine paring lunch the menu included Marenne-Oleron oysters and raspberry with barabinero, lemon verbena and peach sangria. Yellowfin tuna kefta with kadaif and spicy sauce. Slow cooked Iberico pork presa with herb crust. Braised beef short ribs with Anna potatoes.
