Media Dinner at Cuisine de Garden

Local media were invited to Cuisine de Garden for a 15 course dinner and to inspect the restaurants refurbishments. The delicious dinner included such unique dishes as: Duo River Fish Bonbon w/Toasted Black Rice & Acacia Leaves… Surathanee Farm Sweet Shrimp w/Shrimp Oil Paste, Pickled Cucumber & Chive Pesto…. ‘The Nest’ Onzen Free Range Egg w/Crispy Rice Vermicelli, Organic Chicken Fibre & Chicken Jus….Pan Seared In-House Smoked Trout w/Burnt Eggplant Puree, Seasonal Local Cress, Dehydrated Tomato & Green Herbs Oil – to name but a few.

Chef Leelawat ‘Nan’ Mankongtiphan uses seasonal local produce to create nature-inspired set menus. French cooking with a Thai twist with the best ingredients from the Royal Project farms and local producers.

Open Tuesday-Sunday from 12pm to 3pm and 6pm to 10pm.
