Kriangkrai Mahamit Hosts “Mahamit Creative Plum Festival 2026” in Mae Rim
Chiang Mai – Kriangkrai Mahamit is hosting the “Mahamit Creative Plum Festival 2026” (From Plum to Table 2026) at its venue in Mae Rim District. The opening day drew strong interest from both locals and tourists.
The event showcases the potential of plums from farm to table through four key zones:
UME FORUM – Talks on cultivation, processing, and business opportunities
UME GASTRONOMY – Creative plum-based dishes by Chef Black (Blackitch)
UME MARKET & UMESHU WORKSHOP – Premium plums from 10 farms and umeshu-making workshop
UMESHU NIGHT – Plum drinks, craft spirits, and 80s–90s live music
