Lanna Cup Ball Hockey Tournament

First night of the Lanna Cup Ball Hockey Tournament.
The tournament is ISBHF sanctioned men’s international Ball Hockey Tournament with teams traveling from Hanoi and Bangkok to compete with the Chiang Mai Highlanders. Ball Hockey (aka Dek Hockey or Street Hockey) is similar to ice hockey but without the ice. On site for Friday 11th & Saturday 12th November’s evenings during the tournament, there will be food, cannabis, and drink vendors as well as a massage tent. Games start Friday at 7:00pm and resume Saturday at 9:30am. The location is the ‘Futsal Heaven” rink near Wat Umong (exact location on google maps). Locals, Expats and tourists are all invited to come see this great hockey tournament and enjoy on-site vendors. The Chiang Mai Highlanders regular weekly friendly games are always open for new joiners— with sticks available to borrow at the rink.
