Earthquake Relief Dinner at Free Bird Café. This dinner continues our fundraising efforts, following an earlier campaign to provide temporary housing before the rainy season.
Guests were able to enjoy a heartfelt 5 course plant based, vegan, authentic Intha meal by Chef Min, whose childhood school we are working to restore. Before the coup in 2021 forced him from his home he ran a successful and popular cooking school, together with his wife and family, Mr. Min’s Cooking School. 100% of the ticket sales go to the cause.
