Local media were invited to sample the all new “Colonial Dining Experience” at Anantara Chiang Mai Resort.
Dine in the historic 1921 House, once the British Consulate of Chiang Mai, and relive an era of cultural exchange through our Colonial Dining Experience. Each course at The Service reimagines the flavours of Britain and Lanna, blending heritage, artistry, and storytelling in an intimate chef’s table journey.
The SEVEN course menu consists of: Lanna Smoke & Empire Glaze / Her Majesty’s Larb / Mulligatawny Reimagined / Inthanon Mist / Northern Fry & Royal Relish / From the Hills to Mayfair / San Kamphaeng Parfait.
THB 4,590++ per person for a seven-course Colonial Dining Experience. Additional THB 1,190++ per person for beverage pairing.
