C.E.C. Annual Business Meeting

Chiang Mai Expat Club Annual Business Meeting at the Gymkhana Club, where they elected a new committee. Chiang Mai Expats Club (CEC) helps expats expand friendships and improve their quality of life. CEC is a non-profit social organization operating with a theme of “Expats Helping Expats” to reside safely and legally in Thailand and to adapt and understand the local customs and tradition. The club meets once a month at Lanna Palace Hotel. The next meeting will be on 25 January 9:45 am – 12:00 pm, with coffee at 9:45 am and the meeting starting at 10.30 am. Admission will be 100 baht for members, 200 baht for non-members. They have three outstanding speakers lined up for January 25, and a brief presentation of an important free gift to each attendees -Christa Foster Crawford: Human Trafficking in Thailand: From Awareness to Action / Marcel Miller: Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Response in Chiang Mai / Nati Sang: Makerspace Thailand, Creativity, and a note on Smoke. The Club also meets at the River Market twice a month (first and third Fridays) for their breakfast club: breakfast buffet (250 baht for members, 300 baht for guests) or just coffee/tea (80 baht for members, 140 baht for guests) and with cinnamon rolls and coffee cakes á la carte for 40 baht.
