The 13th Junior Dublin Literary Awards

The 13th Junior Dublin Literary Awards (Northern Thailand Region), an essay contest for high school students, at the Holiday Inn This year’s theme was ‘Moving Forward’ and the Winner was Harry Creber from Lanna International School, 1st Runner up was Smith Skjolaas from Montford College and 2nd Runner up was Jiravut Muenfan from Sarasas Witaed Chiang Mai School. Pim Kemasingki, Editor of Citylife magazine was the main judge, along with her deputy editor Aydan Stuart and local celebrity author Joanna MacLean. The winner received a cash prize and three round trip tickets to Bangkok to compete in the National Finals. Last year’s Northern winner Kathrin Khanchanok Kemmler, won the 2017 Thailand final and got to compete in the International Dublin Literary Awards in Ireland.
