Chef’s Special Dinner at 137 Pillars House presented by Royal Salute X Cenfinity
Royal Salute, from Speyside in Scotland, is a Chivas Regal blend distinguished by its extreme ageing — nothing in the range is younger than 21 years. Presented by Central Group’s invitation-only loyalty programme Cenfinity, Citylife was invited to join restaurateurs for a dinner at 137 Pillars House Hotel.
The Special menu consisted of:
Spicy Avocado Salad; lightly tossed in sweet and sour chili vinaigrette, cashew nuts topped with potato hay
Beef Tenderloin: with sauteed vegetables, potato gnocchi, and red wine jus
Pan Roasted Salmon; on a Bed of Zucchini Slices Sautéed Peas with Garlic, Carrot, Leek and Celery and Garlic Lemon Sauce
Rose & Lychee Sorbet served in a Martini Glass
137 blend organic house coffee or tea
